MADISON AVENUE

This apartment is in one of the toniest new buildings in New York. It was the renovation of the old Carlton House Hotel at Madison Avenue and 61st Street. The client is from Tennessee and I did their last apartment in New York which is also on this website. The client is more conservative and traditional, but, because of the architecture, I needed to make the apartment more sophisticated and more of what Traditional is today. They bought the apartment because they wanted a terrace; they got two of them. Great clients, wish I had 10 more like them.
